Cost varies with square feet of your space, and the depth of design process you are wanting to achieve with my experience. A quote is provided after a free consolation to your space. We will discuss desired functionality, flow, style and more within this consultation meeting.
Residential spaces are defined as the following, but are not limited to; living rooms, dining rooms, bedrooms, kitchens, bathrooms, bonus rooms, playrooms, home office, home libraries, loft space, craft room, artist studio, personal gyms, workshop, sunroom/plant room, backyard spaces and more.
Commercial Design

Cost varies with square feet of your business space, and the depth of design process you are wanting to achieve with my experience. A quote is provided after a free consolation to your space. We will discuss desired functionality, flow, style, your branding and more within this consultation meeting.

Commercial spaces are defined as the following, but are not limited to; work office, restaurant, bakery, coffee shop, resort/airbnb, rental property and more.
Spacial Planning
By using professional 3D Modeling software, a customized layout of your space will be created. Using your own furniture and current items, this option will help plan your everyday living space to be used to its fullest potential.
Depending on the square feet of your space, complexity of the room(s) and details desired in the 3D Model, the price range varies. Typically each Residential 3D Model ranges from $100-300 USD per room, but could be more. A Commercial 3D Model ranges from $400-600 USD. A quote is provided after a free consultation to your space.
Online Consulting
Are you a non-Ohio native and interested in my design services? Let's connect over FaceTime, Zoom or Google and discuss what you need for your residential redesign.
Cost includes a 60 minute phone consultation prior to design work, one interior space/room redesign (i.e. living room, bed room, bathroom, home office... kitchens are not included in this cost) with a 3D Model of your space, mood board for visual reference and inspiration, links and references to items that can be purchased online and a 60 minute consultation with any questions about the design.
The cost of this Online Consulting service is $500 USD.
